DO NOT TRUST them. Con artists . Horrible experience. They claimed that they did a wheel alignment and when I tried to get them to recheck because the truck was pulling , they refuse claiming they wanted more money. They can’t even get a wheel alignment right. Then the owner Tried to con me into buying new wheels to fix the issue. so I went to master machine and the fixed the issue . Bunch of con people . I have included the pics of the test from Master Machanic which proves they lied and were trying to upsell me. Deceitful business
These guys are awesome! Wayne is a seasoned Professional with timeless knowledge and wisdom. His Team took care of my water pump issue and am happy to say I'm one happy customer and would recommend R & W for all your service needs great and small!!! If they can't fix it, no one can!! (In my humble opinion)
Won't listen to a customer when they have an issue that two things are happening that wouldn't normally be related but start acting up at the exact same time ( turns out the customer was actually right) though noe ever would admit to it after they shrugged it off right away as the customer not knowing what they were talking about. The workers have attitude and are offish. Absolutely no one working there can seem to think " outside the box ". And no matter what happens to your vehicle they will never take responsibility for issues/ damage they create but rather pass it off as just part of the job you as the customer are paying a lot of money for to have updated/ repaired. The customer parking is abysmal at the best of times and so cramped that one way or another you are almost guaranteed door dings or worse whilst on the premises. I wouldn't trust them with a lawnmower let alone my vehicle. From a customer's point of view, you would not have a clue as to how they are behind the scenes. Just my personal opinion and visuals whilst there.
Best shop in Brampton. They know their stuff and are very patient, kind and reasonable. Take the time to explain everything and help prioritize if needed. They have been in business for a long time for a reason!
Went for wheel alignment, was charged for it but said they couldn't do it, I need a tie rod end and sleeve. I took it back again and they replaced tie rod end and tried doing wheel alignment on a hiest. The top of a shock snapped off because of the tension of the spring. They charged me for a wheel alignment again then said they could not do it, I would have to come back after new shock was installed. I drove it for a couple of days and backing into the driveway the tie rod on the other end of the one they replaced snapped in too. I replaced that myself and went somewhere else to have an alingment done. Took them about 15 to 20 minutes, perfect now. Just don't go there, mechanics don't seem to be properly trained. A very costly experience.
Great service. I appreciate that they assisted me first thing in the morning, as I was travelling out of town later in the morning. They were waiting for me to arrive with an empty bay for my vehicle. I strongly recommend this mechanic shop.
R & W auto is a family owned establishment. Honest and reliable. As a single woman I am always worried about being ripped off or taken advantage of, and I only came here at the recommendation of my cousin who said she trusted Wayne wholeheartedly. Even though I no longer work in Brampton, I still make the trip to have my car serviced by people I trust. Important: R&W does not handle collision repairs
