New Green Auto City is dishonest. I was charged for extra parts and labor that they claimed were replaced, but they were never changed. This is not a mistake — it’s misleading and feels like a scam. When I questioned them, they could not prove the work was done and avoided giving clear answers. Taking money for work you don’t actually do is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and money. Do not trust this shop. I strongly recommend going somewhere else .
I was their loyal customer for one year but i faced reality in april when my car ac broke down.I visited them i was told only service required for ac and i paid $600 for that.Ac stopped working again then i was told its condenser is not working and it was replaced.I paid around $700 for that.then ac stopped working again and then they told me its compressor is faulty and replaced that.I paid $900 for that.Ac stopped working again and now they found the real issue which was inthe evaporator and now demanding $1200 for that.So i paid them $2200 and ac still not working.aowner doesn't want to take any responsibility,infact they all are blaming their previous customers services manager for that.Owner stopped answering my calls but when i called him continuously he answered but without giving qny proper solution he hung up by saying that he would call me in 10 mins.I am still waiting for his 10 minutes to get over.Please avoid them if you want to save your money. Replying to owners comment -I haven't got any free service from you.You charges me everytime i visited you.What free service you're talking about?please elaborate then I'll upload the proofs of the amount you charged me.I visited you for everything.oil change..also got new tyres from you..belt replacement.. insulation etc.I think you don't know the definition of loyal.Please do some research before commenting
