I recently visited this Midas shop and had a really great experience. The staff were extremely professional,super kind and just overall really helpful. I’d definitely recommend them.
Someone from work recommended this shop and I don't think I will ever turn back. Met some staff here who seemed like they were just doing their job (which is perfectly OK), but I briefly met the owner and was PRIVILEDGED to have my car worked on by Joe... both stand up men! Won't be changing my oil anywhere else until I start riding a bike!
Guido was great and understands customer service. Told me what’s happening with vehicle and didn’t pressure or try to sell extras which was appreciated. Pricey but felt at ease and will go there again to change tires.
I went to Midas for an oil change and had a really disappointing experience. When I walked in, a few guys were standing on the other side of the counter just talking among themselves. No one even acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. I stood there waiting, and still—nothing. It felt like I wasn’t even there. I ended up leaving without getting anything done. Really poor customer service. Definitely not what I expected from a place like Midas.
First time took my 2016 tiguan for oil service. Pretty satisfied with their service. Technician are with smiling face and they did a good job..receptionist girl was very polite and humble. Answered all my questions patiently,however other guy in the reception area was always in some phone calls and not showing any intrest to help the customers in line ,not sure of his name. That's the only thing i dislike, i hope he keeps a smiling face and be welcoming to customers. Anyways, I am satisfied with the good servicing of my car, also 10/10 for their pricing.
Wonderful and Superb service from the experienced staff. This was my second visit here. I went to the workshop without an appointment this time as I needed my car checked before going on a long trip. Guido is amazing and welcomed us cheerfully. I realistically felt that I was getting my car serviced in the dealership. Joe and Joemar helped me to explain the urgent recommendations needed. Guido even showed me the actual work done and kept me updated on my car status. It took them only 2 hours to do an oil change, install new tires, and do alignment. I highly recommend the Midas Bramalea in GTA if someone wants their car fixed at the right place within the right time. This is a perfect friendly budget dealership.
