I was on my way home from work and the roads were very slippery with snow. This was 4:00 am in the morning. I lost control of the car on a turn and slid into the curb causing damage to my driver side front wheel. I made it home and got some sleep and then got up at 10:30 am and gave Midas a call. They are so good to me there. They told me to bring the car in and they would fix me up in time for me to go to work. They did a great job as usual and I made it to work on time. I go to Midas for all my car repairs big or small they treat me the same with professional care.
Came in super last minute to swap out my tires as I was on a spare. The team at Midas triaged my vehicle and took care of me as soon as possible. I made it to Burlington for my meeting on time. Thank you Midas team!!!!
Great friendly group of people to work with. Brent put 2 mufflers on my 1970 Nova, and had to do custom pipe work. I must say a work of art and very particular Would highly recommend them for anything!

Worst experience. Totally dishonest. Took my Toyota Highlander for a routine brake job. They padded the quote with all kinds of nonsense and once pushed back to just pads and rotors, I authorized the job. They didn’t complete the job properly - the brake job had introduced significant shudders - so took it back, whereupon the car somehow fell off the lift. They blamed the car. After some further discussion, they agreed it was their fault. The next day, upon arriving at the shop, it was clear they had tried to do some body fixing of their own by attempting to beat out some of the damage. They provided us with a loaner and said they’d send the car to be assessed at a body shop and agreed to send an assessment to me the same or next day to determine if I needed to get my insurance company involved. The next call was “we’ve fixed it”. I angrily pointed out that it was not authorized and they had agreed to send the body shop’s assessment for my review before completing any work. They denied that and then in a separate phone call contradicted that position saying they had sent it by email - which they hadn’t. And of course, the job was totally unsatisfactory - an entire rocker panel had been taken off the vehicle, there was steering damage and more. So, in summary: negligent, illegal and unethical. Disappointing as I had been pretty understanding and cooperative. Take your cars elsewhere - these guys have no integrity. Not worth the hassle, expense and frustration dealing with these dishonest people.
I had A very disappointing experience at the Bovaird and Hurontario location. I brought my car in for a very specific five minute issue and they and they tried to have me pay over $500 for unnecessary services. When I questioned them, the manager became very rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Instead of being helpful and understanding, she made the situation worse with her poor attitude. Took my car elsewhere where and guess what it was a simple fix and it did not cost $500. Turns out that they actually caused a small amount of damage to my vehicle while doing their inspection. I would never return to this location and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. The owners of this location needs to have the manager complete a course in customer service skills. The way she treated me was very unacceptable and she should not be treating customers in this manner.
Irresponsible staff and inaccurate report given at servicing. Did regular oil service with complimentary inspection. No mention of any leaks in transmission, 3 days later went to Costco for tire change and they told me leakage in transmission. After calling them back ,no one is ready to talk further on this. Highly unprofessional and least bothered about customer service.
