Published 1 star rating (as that’s the lowest rating possible). It was pulled down by someone. Abysmal new car experience. Went to look at new car and the tire was flat. 3 months late for delivery so now it’s a 1 year old USED car. Haven’t even picked the car up but regrets about future service are expected.
Came here to get parts for our vehicle, the parts are perfect, however... there is absolutely zero parking here at this location, and it's like a zoo trying to get out of the said parking lot. My Advice: Take the bus here if you can if you are just picking up parts.
The techs here are very inexperienced and will cost you time and money. The service advisors, although polite, are dishonest, unprofessional and have no accountability whatsoever.There are several more reputable Ford Service centers out there save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
The best use for this service is if you are in the neighbourhood. book your appointment, drop your car off and have them shuttle you back home. They give you a call and pick you up when its done. If you have your winter tires on rims it's free to have them swapped with 'the works ' package. It's an oil change, multiple point inspection and tire rotation(or tire swap). Imo it is a pretty good deal to keep your car in good condition.
Went there to purchase a ford edge, one month after they did not place the order , went back there they apologized, and said in 7 days they well give me a vin number, 2 weeks past , and I didn't get any respond, I called the person responsible for this, he said he would call back in half hour, he didn't call back, I have to drive all the way back there just to get my, they never call back, service is very poor.
