Very disappointing experience. I was promised that the safety paperwork for my car would be handled, but after the repairs were done, I was told to go somewhere else for the safety check. This was never mentioned beforehand, and I was led to believe it would all be taken care of. He referred me to another workshop for the safety certificate, but when I got there, the mechanic said the work done was useless and not up to standard. This was incredibly frustrating and a waste of time and money. On top of all this, the owner was rude and had no sense of professionalism or customer service. Poor communication, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The level of professionalism exhibited by this establishment is severely lacking. The mechanics appear to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol while on duty. I was instructed to come in for routine maintenance, but upon my timely arrival, my calls went unanswered and the door remained locked. The owner failed to offer any apology for this inconvenience. I also witnessed another customer expressing frustration over the substandard service. Furthermore, the owner does not assume responsibility for the operations of the shop, allowing the mechanics to dictate their own terms. I strongly advise against visiting this location.
DO NOT COME HERE. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. Charged me $50 to do an alignment they didn’t even do, told me it was too rusted. I drove all the way for a local mechanic and was referred here. Call any local shop and they will say if they can’t do it, they will not charge. That’s the most common sense practical thing to do.
They’re not professional I went there for aliment of my car the ask for 80$ I told them my car problem it’s running right side When I take the car back the car was the same problem & I went back they not listening to anybody keep talking and asking for mor money They’re unprofessional and they don’t know anything Please don’t west your time in this location
Worst service, make sure ask everything in advance before they start any work. They will denied to do the committed work and service they acknowledge initially and later ask for extra $ to do that
The kind of service provided by khanna tyre is best in the town. It is worth to visit here to get timely and excellent service. Get your vehicle in the right hands
Went in for alignment, asked how much it would be and i was told to wait. Once the job was done while i was watching the whole time they told me its $80 for the alignment and claimed to have done a 4 wheel alignment but actually did a 2 wheel. Settled at a lower price. Very unprofessional
