Ken is by far the best mechanic I have ever gone to. I took my 2013 Si here to get the timing chain done, and it was such an amazing experience. I had so much trust in Ken, and he did an amazing job. He is very open about what he does, and truly cares about your car. Il never take my car to any other mechanic besides Ken from now on.
Ken is fantastic. My Acura RDX is feels great with new battery and timing belt change. If you're motor head take all the wisdom Ken has to share. I am so glad to find a trusted mechanic and who enjoys explaining how things work. Reminder for potential customers, he is busy and may not respond on phones but if you're lucky to have him slot one you are in safest pair of hands (good things happen to those who wait) and a straight shooter.

I don't normally write reviews unless it calls for it and Ken deserves a good one. Ken's been my mechanic for the last 8 years that came from a recommendation. I always found him knowledgeable, efficient and reliable, and honest, and definitely a great guy overall. He could've easily made $2000+ from me this week but instead was kind enough to complete a diagnostic of my heating system, and suggested that I find a different shop to do a backflush as he was 100% my issue was a blocked heater core and it takes specific tools to complete that job (later confirmed by Radman) Ken warned me that other shops might push for a heater core replacement and assured me that I should try the flush first. He saved me $1800, but moreover, Ken has always completed jobs for me with perfection and efficiency and I recommend him to everyone that drives a honda or acura. Thank you for all the work you've done for me and for years to come.
Import performance Center is the best shop I’ve ever been to. I’m a customer that likes knowing in detail about my vehicle and Ken was very explanatory, made it easy for me to understand, and most importantly, did a phenomenal job on my 2015 Civic Si clutch replacement + Clutch master cylinder replacement for a fairly great price. There were no unforeseeable delays or hidden costs anywhere - everything was direct, simple and to the point executed with professionalism. After getting the services done, I was able to visit Ken’s shop multiple times for post service checkup to make sure everything was okay and indeed it was perfect. 10/10 would recommend this shop to any Honda and Acura owner looking for a good honest mechanic with a lot of experience and knowledge.
