I recently visited Brampton Chrysler Collision body shop. My vehicles, a 2018 Toyota Camry was involved in an accident. Cooprator my insurance, had recommended Brampton Chrysler body shop . What a great recommendation. My initial contact was Art. Very professional individual from the start to finish he kept me informed. In addition he went above and beyond when I went to pick up my car it was as if I I had received a brand new car the body work was phenomenal work from outside to inside they detailed the entire inside of the car I totally appreciated it Art was very professional and very polite. I totally recommend.
They took 4 months to fix my car. When I took it back it was not in a drivable condition at all. On the papers they mentioned that they did the balancing and everything on the car, but nothing was fixed. Worst experience as well with the customer service. The guy in the front at bodyshop is so rude, you don't feel like going there.
The shop comes up when you search for Brampton Collision Center for reporting accidents. This is not Brampton Collision Center it's a body repair shop.
Excellent customer service by Art and Joe, I haven't had any issues whatsoever. They managed to fix my car door well before the expected time frame that my insurance originally stated.
worst shop ever visited in brampton no professionalism no time management and the people working over there have no manners will recommend not to go over there even if you are using your insurance as well
