I got an alignment and oil change on my Audi TT and was very happy with the service. I arranged with Frank and he was very good to deal with. I have only been there once but from my experience I would highly recommend. Edit. Went back for some additional work. Timing belt, spark plugs etc. again very satisfied with the work.
Frank scratched my car and refused to take responsibility for it. He said his guy had been working on the day all day but when I told him about the scratches the following day, he now says he was the only one that worked on the car. He accuse me of having the scratches there before and that i am looking someone to paint my car. He is a liar and can not be trusted.
This place is just a worst of time and your money. They took my car for more than 3 months and at the end they weren’t even able to repair it!!! Please please please find any other place… super bad and total time waste.
Don’t Recommend anybody using their service. tire world Recommended me to go over there and get my alignment done.. After I got my alignment done my car was still not performing good it was going to the left side. when I asked him to recheck the alignment guy, at reception told me they need to take all the parts and change, and my vehicle is new. When I asked for the refund, keep telling me that it’s not possible is machine don’t have money. and PC master wants to decline receipt from them, and they ignored forgiving that. Another mechanic fixed alignment in less then 10 mins without changing any part. They don’t have enough information to be a good mechanic. So don’t waste you time visiting there.
Watch out for your name appearing on someone else's bill. Then when it's brought to their attention, says that there's nothing that they can do to change it because it's already in the system. So now I'm the alleged owner of a vehicle that the ministry doesn't have registered in my name. Now that's what I call being honest. Look at how they broke off the tabs that hold the sensor to the manifold and then zip tied it to hold it into place. Love to do cash jobs!
