This is my first time trying Bramalea Tire and I would recommend them. I found the company by an online search and called them. I didn't get a busy tone but eventually I was able to speak to a live person. I was also able to get a next day appointment. I was glad that they had stock for what I needed. I got my rims and tires within my budget. The process took about an hour. The waiting room was not cold and not packed with people waiting. I saw that the staff had a lot of patience with questions and was more then willing to educate their customers and provide recommendations. A went back a couple days later to retorque the tires. Glad that I found this little gem.
Very impressed with their customer service! Went above and beyond to help me with a flat, was able to get me 2 new tires I ordered in the morning, the tires were in by 1130 and they got them balanced and installed quickly and efficiently. Jas at the front desk was great, really enjoyed chatting with him. Thanks to all the staff there at the shop for your help.
My experience with Bramalea Tire was very positive. They provided me a competitive price for my tires and the customer service was great. We discovered a flat the morning we were about to drive home to the states. He had an almost 8 hour drive ahead of us and really HAD to be home ASAP. They inspected my tires, showed me a bulge on another tire that was close to bursting. They replaced my front 2 tires within 30 minutes because we were in such a rush. They were so nice and helpful!!!
Came here due to an emergency on a busy Saturday. Chris was phenomenal. Helped me fix my car himself. Really appreciate all that he did and the advice that he gave!

Great service, extremely helpful and above all very honest. I took my care in because I was told the front tires needed changing do to them being warped. Marlo informed me that the better solution for my pocket would be to rotate front with rear tires. Problem solved he saved me $250
