Stay clear. They broke the lugs on the wheel and hid it from me. Instead they told me to go to the dealer. Very sneaky and unreliable. I called the next day and they didn’t answer my phone. Very poor , unethical people. Disgusted.
First time going here and definitely will not be my last. Very honest and welcoming shop. I definitely recommend this place. Team was very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fair and if not better then what you will typically find at other shops. Thanks for your help and I look forward to coming back.
Best tire shop in Brampton by far, professional staff and facility. I got my new tires from Junior and his recommendation for the tires has my truck running like brand new. Not only is this shop a great place for tires, they have great mechanics for all types of repairs. Nick and Cam are two experienced, licensed mechanics I can trust the work is always good
Had a flat and Steve got me in quickly which was appreciated - Kam the technician was great showing me the severity of the damage and explaining all options - he was able to repair and was back on my way - Great team!
Fantastic business. Junior and his guys will work hard to get your vehicle done right. I have been going here for years. They take time to talk to you about what is wrong and the best options for your car. It is not a cash grab like other places.
Excellent service from the time I called for information and getting a new battery, tires, brakes, oil change ! Now if they fix my back :) January 30. 2025 I stopped by Superb Tire and Auto service today, some strange noise was coming from the car when I would start my Toyota Highlander lately , i drove up without appointment at noon today and talked with Junior to have the car checked , Kam the technician quickly found out where the noise was coming from and due to his excellent expertise he fixed it and took the time to explain and show me the problem. Afterwords the automatic transmission fluid was flushed and replaced . They worked on the car fast and expeditiously, such an excellent service by Kam. I will return back soon for more work once the weather gets better . Kam kindly and patiently explained how to maintain the vehicle and wrote it down what needs to be done in order to keep my Toyota highlander LTD 2011 in a good condition. I highly recommend the service provided by this Superb Tire & Auto Service . As a widow who always depended on my late husband to take care of our cars these gentlemen stepped up the mark by fixing my car .THANK YOU KAM and the ENTIRE TEAM PS: You were correct the gas price dropped by 5C at 6:30 in the evening thus you made me save at least $20 to fill up the large gas tank . Had such a wonderful experience. Let me explain. I had a tire losing air randomly, right front to be specific. A few other shops, which I prefer not to say, just told me I need I tire. I went off the Google reviews and randomly came by. Junior the guy at the front desk promptly took care of what I needed to be checked. The guys in the back were also very helpful. It wasn't the tire at all. Just the valve stem diagnosised by Kelvin. He resealed my rim, changed my valve stem, cleaned my hub, and my rotor hub. In and out in a good time, given they were busy. Highly recommended!
