I didn't find the people to be very friendly. The worst thing is that they don't know how to use their tire balancer properly. I've been balancing tires for 40 years and they use that machine completely wrong. I complained that whole time. Finally they let me do it and wallah it was done.
Love the service . They have not steered me wrong on tires yet. On my latest purchase I had some swollen lug nuts on a couple of tires . They actually replaced them at no charge and did not even tell me till I was driving out.
About a week ago, I went in to buy winter tires and have them put on and the service was amazing and the staff were super friendly. When I arrived I was greeted nicely and directed to the waiting room were I waited for my vehicle to be serviced (took about an hour). It was my first time at this shop and the way they communicate with customers is amazing. For example a part needed for customer was delayed in its arrival, and Instead of leaving them in the dark, they inform them right away about the situation and told them that it'll be about 25 minutes (the customer was understanding and was okay with the delay). They are also super easy going, and nice to talk to which makes the vibe/atmosphere of the shop feel extremely welcoming. (They also answer questions in a calm professional manner) From the looks of it my tires were put on great and im not slipping in the snow? I will definitely be making this my go to tire shop to go to and highly recommend it.
The employees here are very knowledgeable and professional. Had a tire puncture and brought it into their shop, was in and out within 20 minutes. I also inquired about whether or not to balance my tires, received sound advised and saved my money. Shows that they care and are not hungry to take money from their customers unnecessarily.
I was more than shocked to see the prices had gone up 50%!! They do good work, but it's just not worth $60.00 to have my tires changed over, when it's been $40.00 cash.. in 2020!!.. This is price gouging!! The service took 15 minutes the same as last year. I provided the tires, on rims, same as last year. They only had a service .. What makes them think that this service should be charged 50% more, given it was the same time and product as last year!! A very very dissatisfied senior!@
worst shop in the GTA. if you care about your car or customer service this is the wrong shop for you. the Manager Gord is filthy and has no knowledge. this shop is equivalent as a backyard mechanic.
Gord, the owner of this business that he setup around 30 years ago, seems to be an honest bloke. He and his small team, still ensure a quick and an no hassle service. His prices, both for any tire service, repairs or even the tires are competitive.
