Came by to R&R new winter tires, this guys accomodated me on short notice. I’m an aircraft mechanic and i trust this guys, they go through proper procedures and torqueing! I feel safe seeing what they do,, hoghly recommend them! Good price & nice and people!

I contacted the shop in advance to confirm the availability of two trailer tires, but upon arrival, we found only one. This caused a waste of time and travel distance. We hope this issue doesn’t happen again with any other customer.
I can’t thank Town Tires enough! I called them just 5 minutes before closing because I had a flat tire and was stuck in traffic. I asked if they could wait an extra 20 minutes — and they actually did! It was just a flat repair, but it meant everything to me because I had to leave early the next morning for a trip. Most places would’ve just said ‘sorry, we’re closed,’ but not these guys. Real customer service still exists — and it’s at Town Tires!

Very disappointed with their service, got a used tire put on my truck because of a nail in it and thier tech put on a uneven tire that ruined my trucks alignment within one month. Replying to the owner: Your shops one and only purpose is to service the tires on vehicles, I thought I went to a professional tire shop who knew what to recommend to their customers considering that's literally your business, You advised against installing a new tire because it would not match the worn tread on the other tires and told me to pick a tire, your technician suggested I get the one installed because it was around the same wear and tear mark, not once did anyone tell me to feel the tire to see how uneven it is, standing 10 feet away your technician suggested a tire and installed it. I don't understand how you own a tire shop and suggest a used uneven tire to your customer and then come defend yourself as if it's literally not your shops purpose to make sure that the tires you sell are actually legal and safe to be on the roads.
