I was here this morning, and this was my third visit. I was served by Dan on two of those visits, and he was absolutely amazing. I really appreciate people who take their job seriously, bring such a positive vibe, and truly understand what great customer service should be like. Dan made me feel welcomed and valued each time, and that kind of genuine care is rare to find. It’s the little things he does….smiling, paying attention, and going the extra mile that make the experience stand out. Kudos for that!!!

Been in this store 3 times a year to buy a shoes for my work, but today july 26,2025. Around 4pm there was a 2 guy staff the skinny casher and the big guy. The big is so lazy. We asked for the bigger size and brought a same size that we already had then he took the meter to check my feet. It is like, he will be the one to decide for me and by that shoes and dont think that is why im buying bigger sizes because we are wearing 2-3 socks working in the cold places and trying to insist that the bigger size is so big for my feet..i feel bad for thw storw to hire that kind of person. Im probably not coming back to this store
Came here to purchase safety shoes as a gift. Did not want to choose something I was unable to return, as many items are Final Sale. I was told its better off to buy a Gift Card. Was told prices online & in-store are the same. The gift card recipient tried to purchase some shoes online and the gift card kept stating invalid. I called this store to inquire. They said not sure why it doesn't work, the cashier said, "sometimes are website doesn't work well". I waited and tried the site on another day. I contacted customer service to explain the card does not work. Customer service clearly stated, "yes its something we are currently working on" she then contacted the store directly and spoke with the manager. Then told me that Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE and the cards purchased in store must be used in that store. Any purchases online must be made with a DIGITAL Gift card. However most of thier items are not in stock at the store and online available online directly. Its VERY UNETHICAL of this established company to know they have issues within their system and not tell customers about it. The cashiers should know the agreement terms of thier in-store & online gift cards are different. There is NO signage posted at the register either. I would have happily used my credit card or cash directly to purchase. Now we will have to purchase whatever is left over in store. Its simply embarrassing for the company, thier employees are not all on the same page. Everyone knows there's issues but says nothing, knowing they'll make a sale regardless. NEVER purchase a gift card from here. I wouldnt buy anything ever again from here, its a matter of principle. Rather go to Mark's.

This shop sucks....the person does know how to talk..just saying wait outside and will call. Seems the staff does not want to work hence trying to avoid people inside. So stupid and insensitive. What a pathetic experience. Customers are leaving and store people do not bother Unprofessional.
