I asked this tall light-skin girl with curly hair for help and she was rude and impatient. Its not like she was doing anything, I dont understand why they dont get that at retail customer servicing is the pivotal role. I purchased shoes and a bag, then she got nice all of a sudden. Why not be nice from the start? Like all I did was ask you for help - which is your job.
Suzi helped me find a shoe for a dinner party today! She was so sweet and helpful, even suggested which ones would suit me better. It’s very hard for me to make a decision when it comes to shoes so her helping me was truly appreciated. Great asset to your team!!
I had a very disappointing experience at Call It Spring. I bought a pair of shoes that I never actually wore outside the store. The only time I walked in them was while trying them on in the store itself. When I decided to return them in the exact same condition, the staff refused to take them back, saying there were tiny scuff marks under the sole from when I tested them on their own floor. This is completely unfair — of course shoes will get minor marks from being tried on in a store, but that doesn’t mean they were “used.” The shoes were brand new, and I returned them properly, yet I was met with very poor customer service and zero understanding. I expected much better from a brand like Call It Spring. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for fair treatment or good service.

Employees need training. Can't even place an order properly. They ordered the wrong colour shoe and now I'm having to go to the store to pick up the correct order which I did myself. The company should seriously look into AI replacing these people. What a joke.
I came into this location with my mom and was surprised at the lack of customer service we recieved. We have been coming to this location for years and loved how helpful the staff were. As soon as we walked in we were not greeted by the two girls on duty. Minutes after they went to the back and when assistance was needed the one girl who was in the back area seemed as if they didn't want to assist. We just left!! Horrible customer service!
I never post reviews but after reading the reviews about the BCC store I felt I needed to voice my opinion. I was there Saturday morning and was greeted and served right away. Great service. I was in a hurry so I didn't purchase the boots I tried on. I went back the next day and got the same amazing service. So very helpful. I will also add it was a long weekend as well. I would definitely shop there again. Great experience. Thanks ladies!
