I was waiting in a line for 1/2 an hour and ended up not purchasing because the wallet I was purchasing was having a wrong price ticket on it and they simply said someone did it by mistake. And the staff was like nobody knows what they are doing. Poor customer service
Phylicia at BCC was an absolute pleasure to encounter. Very insightful with the recommendations and quite enthusiastic in her role. She helped my friends and I pick the best accessories for our outfits and definitely have us looking forward to coming in store again.

If I can leave a zero star review I would. This location is terrible specifically, Liz and the store manager. The terrible experience happened Saturday, May 27. My wife purchased shoes yesterday for a wedding we have today. Unfortunately, she wanted to exchange them for the same shoe but in a bigger size and the employee and manager claimed that they were worn! Shoes purchased one day ago, for a wedding we have today, my wife is with our one month old at the store with her hair and make-up done (proof that we are going to a wedding or at least some event today) and they did not honour the exchange! The manager did not even introduce herself or speak with my wife. Other customers that were in the store were also expressing their frustration. NEVER coming back to this store and Liz and the store manager will be reported to head office. Treat people with respect.
Customer service is so rude they do not know how to talk with customers , unmanned staff the cash counter girl and other one both of them treat like they are the owner of the store pls kindly request when u were hiring u have to check thar girls which are suitable for marketing today is my bad experience I do not come over again and I also recommend u have to focus on the staff so bad services
Worst experience ever. The chinese/Vietnamese looking man was the worst customer representative i have ever met. He was on the cash counter and was talking in a unprofessional attitude and i wanted the store manager to take action against him because the way he behaved was so unpleasing that i would really like to give that representative to police.
Worest store and I'm never buying from aldo again.. bought shoes tried them at home and they weren't comfortable came to return them after couple of days they said I can't because you wore them and had some dust at the bottom of the shoes
