Disgusting , On 11 Dec I purchased shoes from this store and I have 2 months return policy but on 13 Dec I visited there and I lost my receipt but one of your male employee didn’t help me out he just saying this item don’t returned so istead of helping me out he just ignoring while he had to find out some solution. Nothing efforts to find some solution.
I wish we had an option to give less than 1 star. The store should be sued for deceptive sales tactics. They advertised a product for $39.98 with the price sign right next to it and when you go to the cashier to pay for it they ask you to pay the full price. The sign outside the store says SALE 40% OFF and when you walk into the store that's when they mention it's on your second item only . Businesses like these following predatory practices should be shut down for good.
Went into the store today. Didn't get greatest at all. Girl seemed like she hated her job. There was about 4 employees standing at the cash area, one guys was laughing at a resume they received. While we paid with another employee. Thought that was very rude abd unprofessional.
I decided to give aldo outlet another chance after having a terrible experience back in December. Customer service is terrible. Understaffed and extremely unorganized. Although the prices are decent save yourself from the attitude and poor customer service at this location
Worst experience of this location. Right now, I visited this place with my friend and we purchased four items. Cashier’s behaviour was very bad and she was very rude. Upon asking, she started yelling. May be her name is Ishmen Kyle. She doesn’t know how to communicate with customers. Really, bad people are working there.
Illiterate staff, they don’t know how to communicate with customers,, specially Ishmen Kyla (the Cashier) she talk rudely and in high volume and ready to fight whenever you ask anything. Worst experience of life
