This pharmacy is really good . Mr Mohammad is very helpful , caring for patients . He has empathy and understandable person . I highly recommend this pharmacy . He speaks politely and a good listener .

I've been doing phone tag for majority of this month with the front desk because they will not answer They don't answer the phones within business hours I missed one call from them and called back and no one would answer the pharmacy answered and said that they would tell someone to call me and nobody did. This is after my doctor didn't call me for our appointment I received no call from him so now I don't have my meds because of him. So management needs to get on this And start fixing the major issues with their desk staff and their doctors before a bunch of the people in these reviews get together and start working on a class action malpractice lawsuit together

Dr. Michael Balcon very incompetent and unprofessional. I was referred to him last year. For Ankylosing spondylitis. I Explained to him I had allergies to penicillin and sulphate based drugs. He prescribed me sulphate medication and I had a bad side effect. Which caused me to be seriously ill for a week. When I told him his response was almost all drugs have sulphate in them, which should have been my first sign of his incompetence. Then he started me on humira. For 1 1/2 years, Ive had bad side effects with a hand rash and dry bleeding in ears. I told him it might be from humira. He told me I was wrong. I asked for an alternative medication and was declined. Very stubborn and incompetent doctor would never return or recommend anyone to one.

I just spoke to a lady over the phone who sound very sleepy like doesn’t want to do her job, I asked her if dr Ahmed sayyad still work there and she said she told me a different dr name and re mention the doctor sayyad name and she said she doesn’t know any doctor by this name work , I already knew she is new otherwise she would know dr sayyad had worked there for a long time or would say no longer working here. I told her to check my file I was on waiting list and ask her if she is new , it’s like she didn’t want to do it and knows everything, and she asked if dr sayyad is a physio dr , I asked again are you new can you check my file then she checked , after she checked told me he is not a doctor here anymore n start to say I know my jobs started argue with me if I told this and that etc then I told her don’t argue with if you knew who was dr sayyad and know your job you would not ask if he is a physio doctor ?‍♀️ she hanged up the phone , I think she got offended for finding out she is new she told me she came last year, there is nothing wrong for being new she could just apologize and be honest and say she will check as she just came last year instead of being weird and unprofessional and accept her mistake, I don’t know why hire people with so much attitude and no manners like that , anyway doctor sayyad was a great doctor with 5 + star rating

I was a patient of Dr. Michael. He is one rude fellow. Instead of paying attention to your chief complaint, his sole focus is to make you feel dumb. I do understand tenosynovitis is repetitive injury and no, I just can't sit idle at home doing nothing that too with a 9 month old. I could have rested myself if that was the only option. People have a Carrier they want to work and you should be empathetic enough to understand the problems and not shunn the patient away by making statements like this is injury and not cancer. Even if it was a cancer you don't have the expertise to treat it and I won't come to you for that.yes, I am aware enough. Your profession has some ethics , follow those, ever heard of individualized treatment plan. Yes, doctors do that and that is expected out of you as well.i don't know why these doctors think it is okay to not hear the patient. Health care is not free. You swipe our card. Govt pays you and we pay taxes for that. So work.

The staff here are rude and extremely ignorant i wish my Dr. Hadn't moved to this building the bitchy attitude from behind the counter from all the staff is disgusting, they lost medical records 3 times and they don't understand how to do there job. Best thing that could happen to this place is new staff or a quick shut down. New update they still suck been waiting 2 weeks now for my doctor to get off vacation that he's taking every other week New update still getting worse they don't even answer the phones there now

The pharmacy in here is one of the best I've been to. The pharmacist is really kind and friendly and so is the rest of his staff. Very accommodating, the building is nice and new, they do price matching for medications and even offer tea and coffee while you're waiting!

    We apologize for the unpleasant experience you had. I hope this serves as a learning opportunity for us and would address this in the next staff meeting. Kindly call on Monday and ask for the manager and we sould love to assist you.
