Absolutely worst clinic in Brampton. Do not waste your time going somewhere where you will not be taken seriously, nor will your health issues. I couldn’t even explain my symptoms to Dr. Kamela before she began shouting and yelling and asking me what I would like her to do. This is no way to speak to your patients, especially if you claim to be in a noble profession.
Doctor is experienced but the staff working here is not worth working in a healthcare or any customer service sector because in this stream you need to be empathetic which the receptionist doesn't know the meaning of. Someone would only go see a doctor if they are ill or some serious concerns. But every time , the staff here would ask you to book an appointment and the availability would be after 15 days. Not even in emergency they would try to accommodate you. Govt should literally do some random checks on such places and then they would realize what's actually wrong with healthcare sector.
Great doctor who patiently listens your problems and provides excellent services and timely referrals. Feeling happy and supported under their care. Reception staff also very supportive and helpful.
1 star for the staff. Such a good doctor, but the staff is really hurting her reputation. How long does it seriously take to pick up the phone and tell patients to hold or call back? Every time we need assistance, no one answers, and it’s extremely frustrating calling more then 15 times and still no answers.
I recently visited a walk-in clinic, and my experience was quite disappointing. When I entered, the receptionist was busy on her phone for about five minutes and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Eventually, she just looked up and asked if I wanted to see the doctor, without any greeting. When I said yes, she bluntly informed me that they were not accepting new patients and that I would need an appointment. There was no effort to understand why I was there or to offer any assistance. The entire interaction felt very rude and unprofessional. It would have been much better if they had greeted me politely and then explained their policy with more respect.
Dr. Kathar is the best doctor in town however my concern is with the receptionist. She is the worst person for this job. Very rude, doesn’t know how to talk to people. Wish i could give zero star to her service.
Very upset, currently sitting in the waiting area. The receptionist informed me that there was someone ahead of me. Understandable, but then another woman walked in 30 mins after me, the patient asked how long the wait was, she was told the same thing there are a few people ahead of you as a walk in. The receptionist asked her to fill out the same form i did and asked if shes been here before... the patient said no. Now, how was it that she was called in before me? OBVIOUSLY this isnt urgent care, why was there priority set for certain people who are ALL walk ins 45 mins and counting.... I will never be returning. Word of advice, when providing services, be aware that you're a walk in, any urgent care requirement that your RECEPTIONIST assumes is priority should be assessed by a professional or told to go to urgent care... unfair treatment!
