Horrible wait times every single visit. Appointments mean nothing—you still wait for hours with no explanation. Staff clearly don’t care about patients’ time. Completely disorganized and frustrating. Avoid this place if you can.
Dr. Girgis is an outstanding doctor. She listens, explains clearly, and always provides exceptional care. She keeps me healthy and helps me maintain a smooth, refreshed, wrinkle-free appearance Highly professional, kind, and skilled, truly one of the best!
This is one of the worst clinic to attend. It is run by poor management who only cares about collecting monetary funds for any services provided. They charge unreasonable amount for any sort of medical forms. This terrible service was previously provided at their other branch (Royal West Medical Centre). Management needs to do better and provide more patient oriented care instead of being excessively greedy.
Booking an appointment took over 30 minutes on the phone, during which I was hung up on and had to call back just to confirm the booking. When I arrived, they had scheduled the appointment under a family member's name instead of mine, which took another 20 minutes to sort out. I offered my OHIP card at check-in, but was told it wasn’t needed, which felt careless. The medical students present were dressed unprofessionally—wearing jeans and even star-shaped pimple patches on their faces—which didn't inspire much confidence, though that's the least of my concerns. The main reason I booked the appointment (and had confirmed with the receptionist in advance) turned out to be a service this clinic doesn't even offer. So not only was my time completely wasted, but the entire situation could have been avoided with just a little more attention and professionalism. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable or respectful care.
This is the worst clinic ever, I do not recommend this clinic. I went there twice and every time paid the fee as I don't have health card. I don't know why doctors (Dr. M. Chaharlang Bakhtiari and Dr. Ireen Girgis) are always in rush and don't listen at all. Today I went there and Dr. verbally prescribed the brand of the medicine. She did not care to give me the details and just left the clinic. After that, I asked the receptionist, she told me take help from the pharmacist in shoppers. I would have given them 0 rating instead of 1 star if there is option.
If you have taken prior appointment with your family physician at this place, the wait time is within 1 hour. If you are walk in patient, the wait time will be longer. All the receptionists are polite and helpful. One of them - Charu, was very helpful to me. Dr. Fatima was pleasant mannered young lady.
5 patients ahead of me and it took about 90 mins. What the hell doctor are doing Can barely sit and this clinic does not care how bad your symptoms are.... Everything has to go through the queue..... No ethics about using phones in waiting room. People has loud music on their phones and staff is not even given them any notice for warning.
