Dr.Katarey is very disrespectful. He was throwing his hands in my face and yelling at me saying "ai don’t give a damn Go see another doctor"just because I was upset at the fact that he couldn’t get my birth control needle...... He’s very unprofessional and very disrespectful and he needs to lose his license
I have been going to Dr. Niesobska for approximately 40 years. I have always had a very good experience with her as she listens and no matter what she is never in a hurry. She always takes good care of me as she is a great and caring doctor.
I’m grateful to have Dr. Simula Kamal as my assigned doctor during my pregnancy. She has taken excellent care of me and always takes the time to explain everything clearly during each visit. Her patience and thoughtful guidance have been truly reassuring. Dr. Kamal also made it a priority to refer me to a gynecologist very early on, and I really appreciated how she personally followed up with the receptionist, Joyous, to ensure everything was arranged smoothly. I have a friend who is two months further along in her pregnancy, under the care of a different family doctor, and she still hasn’t been referred to a gynecologist—this made me realize just how proactive and supportive Dr. Kamal has been. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kamal for your outstanding care and positive support!
Reception was great , doctor was awesome , the ridiculous app to book an appointment, and another tablet to check in , just creates extra work for staff , as the majority of people could NOT figure it out and had to ask for help anyways …
I had a rather frustrating experience with the reception process at the clinic. It seems that there's a new check-in system where patients are required to scan and fill out their information beforehand. Unfortunately, I was not informed about this requirement, which led to a lengthy wait. When I finally approached the desk, one of the receptionists was quite abrupt and mentioned that it was my responsibility to check in. I was taken aback by the response. With the new automated system in place, it seems that the need for a receptionist could be reevaluated. A clear step-by-step guide could potentially streamline the process and enhance the patient experience. On a positive note, the doctors and nurses were very professional and straightforward, which I appreciated.
Doctor is not professional. Make you wait for an hour or so just to tell you that you have to revisit later. Also he didnt listen patiently what the condition was. Wont recommended to anyone here
Dr Baumander is pleasant, cares, takes his time to explain and has always shared his expertise. He is the best and has taken care of me when my health was at its worst. He is knowledgeable and can explain conditions so I can understand. Thank you for your care Dr. B ?
