Front desk lady named Seema is so accommodating and helpful, she arranged my kid walk in appointment and Dr Yakoub is genuinely concerned about patient well being.

I have been seeing Dr Waraich for over 16 years now and have always had the best advice and prompt referrals, he’s always very kind and look at all the symptoms/issues in every visit.
Terrible experience at this pharmacy! I waited for over an hour, and they still helped people who came after me. The staff were completely disorganized and didn’t seem to care about customers waiting. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back — they really need to fix their service!. Doctor just took 5 minutes to help and they hour.
Worst experience ever. The lady in hijab she didn’t gave her name but she was so rude. She took the personal details and then refused the service. She don’t know how to communicate with the patients. She gives attitude for no reason. I suggest everybody not to come here.
Please change your staff if you want to save dignity of your clinic. They are so rude they have literally no manners. So disappointing. I just asked that how longer the waiting time and she said I can’t do hurry ok. I mean what is this behaviour? Please learn some etiquettes.
Unfortunately, securing an appointment has been challenging. Dr. Sharma has been my physician for over 17 years, but regrettably, I would not recommend due to the difficulties in obtaining timely appointments, which may have serious consequences.
