Had a smooth and efficient experience at VanRose pharmacy. Appointment was concise, service was delivered next day, and pharmacist Dharika was thorough in explaining all policies and procedures. Highly recommend visiting for health needs.

Doctor Garry Mann is a completely incompetent and unprofessional doctor. He left today at 4:55pm said he is going for a 5-10 minute phone call but came back at 5:42 almost one hour later. Only after I asked the receptionist where their only doctor is, she was calling and texting him and he wasn’t responding. When he came back it FULLY looked like he woke up from a nap and accidentally overslept. I left the clinic at this point. These people don’t care for patients I’m not sure why they become doctors. Pharmacy staff is always friendly.
Update :- Got a call from doctor for being late and he apologizes i think that’s professional behaviour a doctor can have so i updated my review My experience is bad because doctor was late 18/05/2024 He/She can inform staff if running late Had to spend 45 minutes just waiting Was told doctor will be there at 11:00 am but wasn’t there so i left pharmacy at 11:40 am If you are running late at least inform staff and client so person can decide he wanna wait for that long or no
Excellent pharmacy, always friendly and knowledgeable. I had recently started using them for all my medications and they are filled in a timely manner. I had questions about other issues and the recommendations they gave were very helpful. I wish I had switched sooner, I would have saved time and money.
