always a Great experience from reception to doctors especially Dr.Jones i started going to this clinic almost 10 years ago i have not once had a bad experience i was very surprised at the reviews because not once did i have any complaints the reception is nice and friendly and Dr. Peter Jones is a Good Dr. i recently visited this Clinic and i will continue to use this clinic for all my medical needs.staff and dr makes you feel welcomed and respected. the Dr actually had some good jokes upon entering the exam room very respectful great Dr. Jones and staff thank you for your service. beyond 5 star
I'm sure Dr. Garcha is great. Although I didnt stick around to find out. I've never experienced such poor service at a front desk. I don't understand how the rude receptionists still have jobs. Zero people skills.
Dr Garcha is my Dr he is AMAZING. 5++Stars. The behavior of the receptionist is unacceptable, actually their actions say a lot. They are clearly there to be employeed and collect their money. They have no customer service skills. They are like a light switch. It has been twice now that I have told the receptionist, why is it when I call you say hold the line and you hang up on me. Then I call right back, you dont say hello, you put the call directly on hold. Again when I asked who did it. Oh I dont know, how can I help you? Really guys, have someone go over how to greet people over the phone in Canada. Write them a 1,2 liner on what to say.
Suite no 204 Worst service ever, they don’t care about other person’s precious time. I booked an appointment at 11:15am , and they didn’t even take the botheration that person has been waiting since more than an hour to see the doctor at a particular timing. When you ask the receptionist , they don’t have an answer, lack of communication, they say doctor didn’t inform us, they put all onto doctor, the front desk doesn’t have curtesy to inform the patient that doctor is behind than the given appointment time, either to rebook it or to wait. Everybody expects a single call, all go to work, nobody has enough time here to wait for long hours. - The lady in the front is very rude (almost looks like more than 45 years of age) n please put a smile on a face whenever patients arrive, looks so arrogant. Appointment means nothing to them, a total zero in the name of appointment.
I’m Dr Garcha’s patient He is simply the best doctor . He helped me to understand how I see my life in a different angle and how I cope with my problems .With God I am in a totally different place now. Thank you so much Doctor Garcha !
hi good morning everyone my experience no good at heart lake walk in clinic because my arm has burn I went there for dressing but there dressing material no avaiable. I am totally disappointed with them .
The clinic does not keep to appointment times, I came 20 minutes earlier for my 12pm appointment, & they still delayed me for another 30 minutes…..12pm appointment became 12:30pm appointment…..they are very short staffed & unprofessional
