Very bad experience with dr simrit. Does not take patients medical conditions seriously. Very poor communication and lack of diligence from the doctor.
This is the best clinic I have ever visited the receptionist was really nice to my family and me and the doctors were really nice and helpful everything they said helped us out a lot.
Front desk ladies are super rude, its funny that they reply to review, i came few weeks ago and this is not even from my account, so i don’t know who you guys are checking???
I've been seeing Dr Simrit Khural for over a decade now and on days I needed to see a Dr, and she's not in office then I've seen Dr Sheikh. Both Drs are amazing and ready to listen. Never rush you and always answer all of my questions. The receptionists are Soo welcoming and helpful. The Lormel Pharmacy staff is always so nice and helpful too. ?
Wanted to register with them but after reading reviews and their arrogant replies I changed my mind. Should change their attitude you are not in third world country anymore. And no need to tell me to take my business somewhere else I am already going to do that. You guys are arguing with people in review comments like a school kids. Can't even imagine what you guys be doing in your clinic.
Every time I have talked to a doctor here I feel like I have come to debate and have to argue with the doctor to express the reason for my visit. They cut you off mid sentence and don’t show any empathy for the patient, nor do they seem bothered about your health concerns. I can only think that there is a strong bias going on here.
Dr Simrat Khural being my family doctor saw me during my pregnancy until i got an OB. After one of my ultrasounds (at 19 weeks), she said after reading the report that everything is fine. However after that when i got an appointment with my OB, she commented "was your doctor sleeping? She should have sent you for another ultrasound", because the report said that another ultrasound was required to get proper measurements. This was extremely negligent on the part of Dr Simrat. Because of this i missed the deadline to get those measurements for my baby and had to be in stress for my entire pregnancy.
