I visited Dr. Ameet Singh last week for my blood test results. The results came in last Saturday but I wasn’t able to go to the office because I was out of the city for five days. I called the clinic to ask if the doctor could do a phone appointment to discuss the results, and the receptionist was extremely rude. Her tone and way of speaking were unacceptable. I’m sure they have call recordings—if the management listens, they’ll hear how arrogant she sounded. It really felt like she doesn’t like her job. Dr. Ameet is great, but the receptionist is a big problem.
I want to express my deepest appreciation for our family doctor Ameet .He is truly a blessing for our family. His knowledge, experience, and calm nature give us so much confidence whenever we visit. He listens carefully, explains every detail with patience, and always guides us in the right direction. We feel very supported and cared for under his treatment. Thank you, Dr.Ameet for always being there for us with kindness and dedication. We are truly grateful.
