My dr is Dr Cheema, I go there on Tuesday with my 4 year old son because he has fever on Monday evening, that’s why I can’t get the appointment. But receptionist said u can’t meet doctor walk-in because u have not appointment, I request her it’s urgent but she is not ready and she is so rude and doesn’t have any manners to talk with the patients. If family doctor can’t meet the patients then why they take the patients. They need to change their receptionist who has manners to talk with the patients.
Yes ❌❌❌❌ my sister went to the medical centre and the receptionist told her that her form would be feld up she had a conversation with the doctor . But when she communicate to the doctor the doctor didn’t provided her any service accept telling everything includes monitory . Now we are taking this very seriously asking them either to refund. First off all they were telling they will return it but now they are not even replying the emails they were replying only on this review section to look good for their customers . I highly suggest suggest not to go here and prefer others She was sitting whole day no reponse nothing was done.
I visited with my mother recently to have staples removed following a knee replacement. Unfortunately Dr. Cheema was not available and we were dealing with another doctor at the location. The doctor began removing the staples and stopped. We were advised to go to the hospital. Once we got to the hospital we were lectured about wasting their time and that this should have been done by the family doctor. Coming off bilateral acl / PCL surgery myself, I've always had my stitches removed by family doctor but it wasn't the case for my mom. Was disappointed with the outcome.

Despite arriving an hour early for my doctor’s visit, I found myself waiting well beyond the expected duration without any acknowledgment or explanation. The waiting area was not crowded, and the lack of communication from the staff only added to the frustration. It's understandable that medical facilities can sometimes face unexpected delays. Furthermore, the lack of organization and apparent disregard for person waiting his turn reflects poorly on the clinic's management. Patients rely on these appointments or first come first serve to manage their health effectively, and being left in the dark about delays can lead to increased anxiety and dissatisfaction. In conclusion, while I understand that delays can occur in healthcare settings, clear communication and respect for patients' time are essential. My experience at the medical clinic fell short of these expectations, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient.
Worst experience ever! I was trying to explain the front desk lady about my situation properly and the lady kept saying that I am lying. Omg !!! What a hell of customer service!!! Never recommending or visiting this place ever again.
Worse people ever. There is no doctor on the location. Only physician assistant is there who know nothing. She is not willing to listen and just keep talking what ever she think is right. Very disappointed from this location. I will never ever take my kids there.
