Was charged a smoking fee, when I dont smoke. Sudi their manager wa extremely rude and in polite. The room was OK the breakfast lacked. Was charged a smoking fee when I dont smoke took it up with corporate and corporate sided with the hotel. I asked for evidence and proof it was given none. This was my first time ever in a Radisson in in any Radisson properties will never be staying again. Be careful and watch out.
I arrived at this hotel at 1am. The company I work for did the booking and paid for the room for 2 nights. Unknown to me at that time,this hotel's policy is that a deposit of $100/night wasn't taken care(forgotten to take care ) of by the person who booked the room. I didn't have a credit card and no one from my company was available to handle the situation at that time. 1am go figure! The desk clerk working that night would do nothing or offer a solution for me until I could get the deposit later that morning from my employer. So I had to turn around and drive back to London, On. I missed scheduled meetings and training sessions! What a nightmare! I have recently checked the hotel website and cannot find this policy about a deposit being required!??? An extremely bad first impression to make for a first time customer. You couldn't pay ME enough to ever book a room at this hotel!
Nice enough rooms, only about 3 months old. In our room the bathroom door wouldn't close, which was a bit odd. The floor was a bit dirty when we arrived (some fruit loops on the floor) but after asking to get it cleaned everything was fine. Breakfeast was good. In conclusion it was a nice and friendly hotel in a good location and we got a good night's sleep.
Great Hotel...loved the rooms and shower was great!! The continental breakfast needs more options! But overall great stay.
The hotel seems to be fairly new. The rooms are clean and the breakfast selection is decent (it could be expanded for sure). There is nothing much around the hotel. A good overnight stop for a road trip. There is a reception hall right next to the hotel for weddings...guaranteed noise during the weekend.
