Clean, nicely appointed rooms. Separated living room refrigerator area. Easy to adjust room temperature. Shuttle available. Pleasant staff. Convenient to Walmart next door.
I was there last weekend for two nights and on our first night there at 2:00 am I found bed bugs on beds. We had two full size beds and both of them had bed bugs. I called them and told them about it the same time and all they did was asked me if I wanted to switch rooms and it I wanted to do so immediately. I said yes and they moved us to a suite. You would think that for all the inconvenience at 2:00 am in the morning not forgetting I have a 2 yr old child as well they would atleast offer some sort of apology or discount. When I checked out I sort of mentioned it to the woman who checked us out and she pretended like she didnt hear anything. Very unprofessional. I dont even think they deserve 1 star either.
Staff is well mannered and will go an extra mile to assist you. I booked an event downstairs which consisted of a mic, speaker and projector. Had a little over occupancy for 80 people. Infrastructure could be improved but is good for once a month event type of deal.
We were pleasantly surprised! High ceilings in our room which was quite spacious. The hotel has a nice foyer and makes a great impression. Will stay again. Only 15 minutes from Pearson airport. Breakfast included.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Monte Carlo Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was good for the airport and for travelling around Brampton. Continental style breakfast was adequate. We were too busy to try the gym and other facilities.
