Forget about good rest here, no different than sleeping in the barn. Slamming doors will wake up death person. Dirty place, no one answered phone call when called few times to get some info. Room smell is horrible as they use some air refreshment.
Pathetic customer service, would give -5 stars. We booked a U Haul from them and the front desk person Ashish Pathak doesnt not even know basics of customer service. He didnt even wait for us to take ID out of wallet and started helping next client without even asking us. We didnt say anything and let him help the next person and after that he helped another one. When he called the 3rd person we asked him to help us and he said he has to help the other person. On asking to speak to manager he said he is not gonna call the manager and refused to give his name and business card. Not only this he Threatened us to leave the property and said or otherwise its not going to be good for us. He took 45 min to help us. An in all This time not even once he apologized. Please only do business with them if having pathetic, horrible customer service is okay with you.
Would not recommend this location at all the only saving grace is their staff who attempted to correct the mistake that had been made by who knows who we had requested an accessible room 3 months before arrival and that room was not available upon arrival even though it had been confirmed Less Than 3 weeks prior to our arrival the room that we were given had an extremely uncomfortable bed no accommodations for accessibility and a breakfast room on the second floor with no elevator
What i love about this hotel was the breakfast provided. I wouldnt expect what they provided. However, the hotel has a smell i couldnt stand. Had no choice i had to stay for 3nights cause of budget. Overall 5 star for the food . if not, 3star for the hotel as a whole.
My stay was awesome i checked in on 29 August 2018. Front desk afternoon staff was so friendly and was very Respectfull . Room was clean and comfortable. Open parking lot. great service. housekeeping staff was excellent specially kulwinder .
