4 pieces of jewelry purchased at different times. ALLLLLL of them broke within weeks, money is better spent at the dollar store
We had seen online a baby adjustable band, good reviews and all. The worker showing us didn't seem interested at all into our need. The only unit in store looked scratched, she didn't even offer to polish it to see whether it was only dirty, saying it would be scratched anyway. She seemed so bored and nonchalant. Not a good impression of Michael Hill.
My name is Victoria Blakeley, I was devistated when my doctor told me that after many years i have acquired an allergic reation to my wedding rings, also known as the ring of fire. I approached the jewelers that sold us the rings and there were so very rude and reacted in a way that was completely unprofessional. I walked a little furtherin the mall and decided to enter the Micheal Hill store. These people are one amazing group of individuals, they guided me and helped me put my rings back on my finger where they belong. The staff at Micheal Hill, Bramalea City Center are the best group of humans I could ever ask to have in my corner with my diamonds. You have a customer for life.Thanks again for being youVictoria
I got best design of earrings from Michael Hills, the design i was looking since ever. I am very happy with my purchase. Got best customer service from the ladies and gentleman.I would give 10/10.
I walked in the store and the 2 ladies working there were chatting with a customer. I waited for them to end their conversation. Btw- They saw me but not one of them didnt bother to assist me.. as soon as someone else comes in the store one of the lady goes to assist them right away instead... im not sure if they were judging me by the way i was dressed or they just have not common curiosity. If i had the chance I'd give this store a 0/5 for customer service.
