We pierced our 9 month old daughter today! The person was very patient, kind and concise with the piercing and our daughter didn't cry at all!! I highly recommend them.
The service from the lady working there was great — she was very respectful and helpful. However, the guy was not welcoming and his face was the first person you see when you walk in. The store didn’t have many options for nose pins. The pricing was also a lot higher compared to other stores in the area.
Amazing place and absolutely wonderful people. A very nice gentleman helped me with removing my ring from my swollen finger. Thank you the great gentleman.

Used to love this place years ago, but it has gone completely downhill. Very unreliable. I ordered a custom piece which was supposed to be a baptism gift. I followed up numerous times to ensure it would be ready on time, as it was for a big event. The piece was not ready on the day it was to be picked up, despite multiple in person visits and phone calls that I made. The workers acted as though there was a miscommunication and took zero accountability of the situation. Very disappointing, especially because there were no efforts made to rectify the situation. If you go there for pieces that are already ready, the selection is not bad. Do not however, order anything custom - it will not be ready in time.
I will not go this store anymore. They only take big order not small. If they dont finish your order they will make such an big story. The employers are dont have a knowledge. Call many times relates to my order. They order is not done for any month. And I cancel the order.... owner has to take some customer care courses learn more about customer service.

Got my nose ring here. So helpful, staff are polite, and jewelry is beautiful and unique. Ive gotten so many compliments on my nose ring and bracelet which was a gift.
They dont even know the basic principle of acknowledgement... we went to shop and no one even bothered to acknowledge... the girl standing in right seemed busy with a customer which is totally fine ... but she passed twice in front of us and behaved like we didnt even exist... i mean cmon.. the person atleast acknowledges that some1 has come to buy something! And since no one car d.. we came out...Anyways..they lost a potential customer!
Very nice place to buy jewellery from. They have a wide variety of selection in all sorts of jewellery. On top of that they have amazing staff that are very helpful. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to buy jewellery whether it's big or small.
