Just visited Kanda Jewellers and I have to say their gold sets were absolutely stunning! The customer service was top-notch, as always. I always get the best price for great value here. A big thank you to Uncle and Sunny for doing such an amazing job – truly appreciate the care and attention every time!
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. My brother and I went in to purchase a 50g gold bar, and instead of listening to what we asked for, the uncle kept showing us 10g and 30g bars. When we insisted on the 50g, he handled the gold in a way that made it seem like we were trying to run away with it, completely uncalled for and highly disrespectful. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. We came in as genuine customers, ready to make a significant purchase, and were treated with suspicion and rudeness. Just a reminder you're running a business, and basic respect and manners go a long way. The younger staff members were decent and respectful they were the only positive part of the experience. But because of the uncle’s unprofessional and arrogant behavior, we will never be returning. Would not recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with dignity. Shame on the way we were treated. ?
I came back today after vowing to never step foot here again to give them another chance (and because it’s so close to home lol!) and Sunny helped me pick out my jewelry. The store was jam packed but he was attentive and committed to helping me get everything I needed and also gave me a discount on Dhanteras (which I really appreciated!) Thanks for your help Sunny! My daughter will love her Mickey Mouse bracelet Cheap quality, I purchased a bracelet from here for $1200 last year. The clasp of the bracelet broke after 6 months of wearing it. I came back, and they offered me $50 for the clasp, to replace it and I still had to pay $35 on top (for half the size) of clasp. I ask him to to make it $30, and he responded with - “it’s first thing in the morning I’m not giving you a discount”… I mean, I also came with the intention of browsing and looking around… but after seeing how low quality their product is & how low quality their customer service is - I certainly won’t be back here purchasing anything ever again. Save your money, save your time & go to the golden strip on airport instead, better QUALITY, better deals and definitely better service.
Hloo guys My sister bought that ring from this jewellers before one year ago and she gifted me when I arrived in Canada. I wore that ring month ago and it was broken from upper side and what I found in this…. it was wax and some material like cotton thread or may be wax I don’t know about that and this ring is totally empty from inside no gold in this they charged from us full amount of gold according to weight I annexed proof with this comment please see and tell me what should I do
Called to ask if they fix jewellerys the one who answered was yelling at me for no reason!! It was my first time calling the place he was treating me very bad and yelling only because i was asking if they fix jewellerys hahahahhal!!!!!! Very bad customer services??

My sister recommended Kanda Diamonds to me after receiving a gorgeous engagement ring from them. In fact she accompanied by fianc and I on our visit and we had the pleasure of meeting with Sunny. He really put in the effort to get us exactly what we wanted and made me a stunning customized ring. Sunny also kept in touch with us throughout the process to ensure the ring was exactly what we wanted and it was priced perfectly. Kanda diamonds was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable; I could not have asked for a better shopping experience :) !
Got my engagement ring here, will get my wedding band here and I also will send anybody who asked me to this jewelry store. If I renew my vows years down the road, I'm coming back. Best dealings I've had with Jewelers ever. The only thing I don't like is the fact that I'm limited to five stars.
Highly do not recommend to get your EARS pierced from here! Not professional at all.The stud provided was extremely cheap quality and small which caused an infection to my ear. NO cleaning was done prior or after the procedure, not STERILE. It is not worth the cheap $20 unless you want to be in pain. Go to a professional instead!
