Horrible Place! Would never recommend. I went there to get my bracelet fixed but they denied saying it wasn’t fixable which was okay. Though, later he told me that he could get me a bracelet with the exact same design but stronger and told me the price would be the same. Keep in mind, there were all shop keepers present at that time when I was talking to him. I came back the day he told me to come and pick it up. However, when I came back the lady told me that there wasn’t that exact same price bracelet and telling me it wasn’t possible! Thats crazy assuming she was there listening to the whole conversation at that time! They showed me another bracelet like mine and it had an $800 price difference saying she could put it on hold for me when I didn’t ask for it! If I could give this shop any lower rating I definitely would. Never seen such a poor customer service and would never go back again and definitely wouldn’t recommend anybody else to go. I was lied to and that’s unacceptable in my beliefs.
As new to the buying experience we went there to inquire about the pricing and how the experience works. There were hardly a couple of other customers. After getting the information we were on our way out and they called us in. So we asked a few more questions and probably the owner said 'Come back when you are serious, we are very busy'. I hope you understand that this is not how prospective customers are to be treated. We were planning on coming back tomorrow with a plan to buy what we were looking at. With this behaviour you just lost a customer who was looking at making a purchase. Hope you take this review seriously and improve your behaviour but for me I am never coming back to this place.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!the ladies at the store have a terrible attitude towards customers.I have bought some jewellery at this store a few times,but they have no appreciation for a regular customer.They are rude and ignorant.If you dont like something in 2 minutes they are annoyed ,no patience with customers.I am not going back there.
Worst place to go. They dont how to talk to someone. The ladies have a terrible attitude and the gentleman over there has no manners and have no sense. Never going back there and would suggest you also not to go there.

Visited Roop Jewelers today to look at some stuff and was very pleased with the service and knowledge of staff.I was very happy with the workmanship, got a bracelet repaired while I waited.
