Great experience working with Donald! Called to request a quote for a tankless water heater install + gas line for bbq. Donald explained everything very clearly and is very knowledgeable to install the equipment as best as possible. Thoughout the conversation, I felt that my best interests were the top priority without upselling or pushing unnecessary products - as if working with a small team that cares about their customers over making as much money as possible. My setup was very tight in some places and the team was able to work around it and successfully install everything. We agreed on the price and there were no additional fees after install, even though there were some additional complications. Donald walked me through the install, pointing out areas of importance, i.e. gas shut off valves, how to flush the tankless heater, how the water lines were routed, next steps on connecting the bbq, etc. Highly recommend going with classico mechanical services if you want an honest team that puts your needs first with fair and transparent pricing.

I called this company this summer as my ac broke down, as per Donald he had explained to me that we may be able to salvage and try to keep it going but he would have to come but upon inspection I had to have it replaced so Donald said let me take a look at your furnace as well and gave me his suggestions to replace both furnace and ac togather as there are some summer special deals. Upon him showing me the products and talking to me about them I chose one and wow let me tell you what a huge difference and price was alot cheaper then I expected and also I noticed my bills were alot lower and my home was very cool and with the new nest smart thermostat he suggested it learned my pattern and automatically adjusts temp based on multiple factors such as temperature down stairs upstairs and also outside and since then I never had to really touch the thermostat and it also automatically goes into eco mode saving me more money.
