The drivers really need better training. They drive carelessly and don’t follow safe practices, which makes the experience stressful. I hope the company improves their driver training.
Needing emergency HVAC assistance is always stressful, as it's never a cheap call. I was recommended this company when my AC decided to stop working in 40 degree weather. Same day pricing is obviously steep, but they recommended I sign up for the monthly subscription (29.99/month), which includes one free service call and 2 yearly maintenance checks. As a first time home owner, this service is such a help when you're still trying to figure everything out. I ended up saving a ton of money and have the reassurance of free maintenance checks. Joe, the service tech was here within an hour of me calling. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He taught me how to restart everything if ever needed and even answered my questions about upgrading to a smart thermostat. The service was nothing short of amazing!
If I could leave a zero stars review I would. Technician came to my house to check why ac was not working. He told me he could not fix it and wanted me to purchase a new ac for $5800. We got another technician from another company and he fixed our ac in 15 min. Boss Mechanical you guys are scammers and are just greedy to make money.Shame on you. You should be embarrassed!
The team is really great at Boss. We moved into our new home last July, and have since had to add an AC unit and replace an old furnace/water heater. Their team is always professional, on-time and do great work. We've also signed up for their maintenance plan which has been a good experience too. As someone who is a first time home owner, it's nice to not have to worry about these things.
May 28, 2024. Changing mechanical equipment can be daunting to think about but if you need to GO FOR Boss Mechanical Inc. Not only that their customer service is TOP (they fix your problem, they don't upsell) but they also recommend the best solution for your home. I changed my water tank to a tankless water system and already I see an improvement on my home on Howie Avenue, Toronto. Plus Brandon and Mike took excellent care of all old equipment, rugs on the floors where they walked and were extremely polite and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Boss and Team. A+ Mike
Awesome friendly knowledgeable staff. Called for a service and they were out and complete Techs are clean and friendly and talked to me and told me what they had to do and what I needed. Pitched the maintenance package to me we looked it over and signed up.. And I don't have to worry and my HVAC system the office staff call to schedule so I don'teven have to think about it. HIGHLY Recommended
Thanks for sorting out the issue with our HW heater. RECENT UPDATE - And now our AC unit...I went to give them a good google review for so many reasons and realized I had done so 4 years ago! I am on their service plan monthly - great team
