The worker was very nice on the phone. He communicated his time to me. When I call him he always answers the phone and resounds to my questions. He was very nice when he came to do the work, explained everything. I highly recommend this company.

100% Rohny is recommended for any repair for your AC UNIT, came on time and did the trouble shoot of the AC unit and fixed the issue. I called a several technician for an emergency to fix my AC and he was the only one who was able to managed his time to come and solved the AC issue no matter how busy he was and I really appreciated his efforts. Please don’t hesitate to give him a call when you are in emergency situation he won’t let you down. It’s a little pricy but you get what you paid for and still highly recommended him.

My experience dealing with Ronny (or Rattan based on e-transfer record) is nothing but terrible. We approached him at the beginning of Feb 2025 for a residential AC repair. He wasn't able to identify and fix the issue onsite; thus, jumped on a call for remote tech support. In the end, he promised that they would come back and continue the repair another day. In the past 5 weeks, I've been trying to get in touch and ask for updates. He either ghosted my messages and calls, or gave a fake promise like "I will post you today". In the last message from him, he said he would come to my place and continue the repair on Friday night, March 7th. Of course, he didn't show up and ignored my message again. Ronny, all text messages nowadays are RCS by default. I know you read all my messages lmao. Seems to me that this business is having a hard time honoring its own promises. They would rather earn inspection fees from 1000 customers than actually fix the issues for 10. Edit: Responding to the owner response. In case editing eliminates his reponse, paste it down below: Response from the owner 57 minutes ago I know there freedom of speech but tell the truth to people. Pay us for parts first and release our balance Thanks Not a single one of accusations in my review was addressed. The owner came up the weakest repsonse ever and said I did not pay for the part and did not "realease our balance" (tho I don't even know what that means lmao). Tell me: how do I even know the price for parts if you don't pick up my call?! NOT ONCE did you ever mention how much the parts would be and that I need to pay for the part upfront. Tell me which part of my review is not truth? What you want, e-transfer record or our message history? Speaking like you were not the same person who promised you would come again and continue the repair lmao. Now that I think about it, all the good reviews are actually kinda sus.

Rohnie is the man! I had a different company diagnose my ac with an expensive fix- main board, I had a bad feeling so I called Rohnie and he was not sure it was the right call and wanted to lido a more thorough look. He found the actual problem and I saved at least 400 bucks because first company would not have corrected issue and I would be out even more —- thanks Rohnie!!! See you in winter…

Mr. Hvac can always be counted on for a superior response to your HVAC needs. Rohny installed my new furnace 2 years ago, and his products and service have been effective, dependable and timely. Rohny is thorough, skilled and patient, taking the time to educate me about the best care of my HVAC products. My father, Harvey Kern, was in this business and would be happy that I am working with a company and employees that have such integrity and skilled application. Thank you Mr Hvac. I always know I can count on you to keep us safe and comfortable.

The technician Ronney was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He tried his best to get the needed part and he mentioned a few times that he lost many clients and money doing this job that day. I am very grateful. Thank you very much Ronney. Kept covid protocol by keeping mask on and was quick and efficient.
