The man knows what he’s doing and is quick to find out the problem, as well as solve it. He took his time going looking for the cause of why our air conditioner wouldn’t work, he went around the outside of our apartment and observed the pipes and wires, he made sure he was certain of the problem by taking a ladder and checking the pipe and wire that was out of his reach. Squirrels chewed on the wires. And he installed new ones. Can’t thank him enough, one of the best professionals I’ve met!
