Bad service, Bought a new home they didn’t charge up the ac. They came back to secure the ac down and told them make sure it’s all charged up, service tech everything looks good. Hot day arrived we put it on and it was cycling on low refrigerant. Liquid service valve was open, Vapour service valve was closed. Had to get another company to verify everything was ok. Don’t use this company !!
It was a seamless AC installation experience with Valerie helping me out throughout the process. She not only helped me to choose the right product but also clarified my numerous queries. The installer duo (I forgot the name) were also very professional. Overall very good experience dealing with Metro Air. Would definitely go back to them in future.

I have to thank Metro Air Limited for helping my mom and I have a warm winter. We called this company roughly two years ago and they brought a technician to our home fast. We expressed how our furnace wasn't working and we were not getting enough heat. They were truly compassionate and wanted to help us! Valarie walked us through the entire process and we were able to get a new furnace in orderly fashion. Fast forward today, Valarie helped us again, she was calm and again sincere with her help. I wasn't the happiest camper on the phone but she still provided excellent customer service in a calm, nice manner. I would highly recommend their services and I will be a customer for life.

He always shows up with a smile on his face and goes above and beyond by informing and educating us on how to best use our AC/furnace. He’s truly one of a kind and we trust him completely. Just had my air conditioner relocated by Dale and Ryan and I'm very impressed with the service. Both techs were extremely friendly and professional and they displayed a great level of pride in their work. They also shared some ideas for reworking my basement ductwork to minimise the number of bulkheads and possibly relocating my furnace. Will definitely be calling them again for future work.
Moved into brand new home and they installed furnace. Furnace had been leaking since day one that is Mid December 2018. We put it in our 30 days Tarion warranty too but no one came to fix it or contacted us to schedule appointment for repair. Finally furnace stopped working on evening of March 7th 2019. It’s been very cold weather. We had to deal with cold all night and next day. I called early morning and complained about it. Technician came after 1:00pm. Water was leaking from inside and outside. Panel was gone and we see rust on floor. Panel is replaced but we are not happy with it. Since it’s brand new home and water has been leaking for al least 3 months if not longer, furnace should be replaced. You can’t remove rust and there could be other issues in future. They will only cover Tarion mandatory warranty and we are on our own after that. It’s not what we expected in brand new house
