I had an excellent experience with Andre. He prioritized my urgent furnace replacement, worked long hours with genuine care, and made sure everything was done properly. His professionalism and dedication was exceptional. We need more people like him. Highly recommend.

Andre is very professional and extremely cool and easy going. He came to my place around noon time to check my AC unit. He already had 3 jobs lined up for the day. When he found out that my condenser needs replacing, he went out of his way to get it same day for me and came back around 8pm to get the job done. He knew I had 2 young ones at home and was quite desperate. Super thankful and impressed by Andre on his speed and execution. The price he quoted was very reasonable as well. Andre is a honest man and acts in the highest level of professionalism. Highly recommend City’s Choice if you have any Heat or AC issues.

He was very professional you take the time out to ask the right question about the furnace when was the last time it was service trying to understand and how he can better help me in the future and these kind of service is very hard to find when you see a business take interest and how you spend your money and I love that.
