Hi, I placed order 2070 which got cancelled immediately and I haven’t received my refund yet. Tried calling numerous times but no response either. I will require my refund by the 7th of June or I will file a police report against this business - very unprofessional to say the least. Update: instead of a refund they have gone ahead and double charged me the same amount. What a shame.
YS beauty supply genuinely deserves more than 5 star ratings. Every time I shop here, I leave with a smile on my face and everything I was looking to purchase. The owners are friendly, professional and so very kind. I've been shopping at YS beauty supply since 2019. And after one interaction with the owners, I refuse to shop anywhere else. I have recommended this place to all of my family and friends and I highly recommend you try it as well. Thank you for always providing great customer service ???
Hello!! How come you never answer your phone calls…and you never update buyers on their orders? If your business phone number has changed will be good to update it on your Website with voicemail option currently not yet set. Please take action on this Order#2034 confirmed on April 06, 2025. If you don’t have products simple, just refund the money ($84.47) to buyer but do not go silent.
HELLO!!!??? If your hours are until 7pm, then you should be OPEN until 7pm. Not turning off your lights and leaving at 7!! Customers should be able to walk in the store and shop until 6:59 or 7 even. To the person running the store, you leave AFTER 7 because customers could still be in the store UNTIL 7. I came at 6:57 and the door to the store was closed and locked and not an employee in sight. RIDICULOUS! I worked in retail and managed a store and if someone came in even at the time I was closed, which was 9pm, I stopped my closing tasks and served them. You never know what sale or type of customer you may be missing out on. Plus, it's the principle. Closing comes AFTER the scheduled time, not at the scheduled time! If you want to GONE by 7pm, then say your closing hours are 6:30pm because that would be the RIGHT thing to do. SMH Dishonest, disgusting and disappointing service. Don't even bother responding to this.
Hi, I placed an order on March 24 and my order hasn't shipped. I have called your store several times and sent an email with no reply. Charles said he would contact me today and he hasn't. Where is my online order #1739? I don't have time to be chasing businesses from which I order. If this is not resolved by Friday at 5pm, I will be filing a police report. Thank you, Simone
I work here but the customer that wrote something below decided that he wanted to come into the store with a product that was already used and caused a scene just cause he wanted to return a product that already been used and brought back the product looking horrific. Owner tried to reason with him because he did not want him to be upset but he kept on arguing with the owner which I’ve never seen the owner that upset before. We’ve never had an issue with our products before. Next time you buy something knowing you don’t actually want it please return it before using the product.
