Overpriced and it reeked of bleach. I could not breathe in there. No one should be charging $9.99 for Blue Magic, $15.99 for ORS monoi shampoo and $2.99 for 30 pieces of rubber bands. I would not go here again. Unfortunately the Asians operate beauty supply stores better.
Called this business with an inquiry the man who answered the phone was helpful at all. He was abrupt and then simply hung up the phone. I will waste my money or time and purchase from this business. Poor customer service.
I had a horrible experience here. I got a gigi wax warmer for $50, when i started using it, it didn't work as it said it would. I went back to return it within 1 hr of the purchase. He didnt give me my money back, instead he gave me another one which was exactly the same. I didnt wanted it, so i stood there Nd waited for him to return my $50. He just ignored me like i wasn't there and kept watching his movie. After i found out sally beauty supply was selling the exact same wax warmer for $29.99 ? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
