Store mnager is extremely rude and full of bad attitude.. When I asked question, she started making faces and weird smile.. She clearly don't value customers and not well trained to deal with customers. Though the other lady was kind and helpful.
I want to give a 5 star specifically to an associate named Rhiannon (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) she was by far one of my greatest customer service experiences, ever! You can tell she’s good at what she does. I am evidently a hijabi and I showed her a bit of my hair briefly. I had highlights and I told her what my colour goals were which was kind of like a red ish.. she was able to quickly point me in the right direction. Gave me 2 different colours explained how to mix everything and guaranteed that I would like the colour. I’m so grateful for her because I love the way I look right now. On top of that she was so friendly and pretty. Thank you so much ❤️ you’re a great colourist.
Noticed there was a sale on some curly hair products walked in and walked towards the products i was looking for which was the design naturals shampoo and conditioner. There had been only me and another person in the store and immediately heard a warning for being monitored and recorded. While simply looking at the products, started walking out and heard this message once more. I don’t understand how people of colour will always be suspected as “stealing” when picking up a product and reading the label. If you want to feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed visit this location!!
Worst customer service . One of your employee name julie her behaviour is not good . I bought some product for my hair . I pay by cash and when I give money to her . She just snatched money from my hand very rude way . I dont like this behaviour.
Just wanted to say how amazing Leigha and Nina are at Quarry edge Sally Beauty, I shop there all the time and every single time I go in they greet me with kindness and smiles, and they are the most helpful and polite people I’ve ever met. Amazing customer service thank you girls for making me feel so welcome when I come in the store !! Employees like this are very hard ..to find amazing job girls ? I had to ask them for their names as I felt so Amazed by the customer service, I had to write a review about them !
Went to this location to get some hair product and Wow, the tall and blonde lady there was so helpful. She has great costumer service skills. Very happy with the product and with the service.
