My to go place is this location, especially with the service I get. Always had a good experience so far. Shomila has always been such an amazing help in guiding and directing me with the products. She is very knowledgeable about the products in the store, so thank you for all your support, ad vice, and help in directing the right products to buy. Pooja too was equally good and helped me with her guidance during my last visit. Good customer service wants u to come back to the same location ?
Got charged at Sally’s, money came out my account, but was told I had to pay again for a refund. I said no and had to wait like 20 mins… Make it make sense. Thankfully the staff finally called their manager but one girl said there was no way to contact her?? and then gave me my product — but this should never happen especially if Sally’s knows that that location has a problem with the system glitching over and over.
I'm not sure who works here now, but up until I would say Sept/Oct, this stores has absolutely zero customer service. The employees here have been extremely dodgy people and I get weird/bad vibes from them. Specifically, a man with long hair who processed a return for me. The return was very awkward, and the lack of any communication whatsoever rubbed me the wrong way, not because I was offended that he didn't speak but his attitude and mannerisms felt strange to me. I had a similar experience years back with the store manager who was a caucasian blonde woman who was for the lack of a better word, trashy. I always wondered how she could be a store manager. No manners, rude and always an issue with returns. The whole in store shopping experience is also awkward. I suggest everyone go to a different sallys because I have never once had a pleasant experience here for the past decade.
The sign on the store says it's supposed to be open at 9am. Got here at 9:30am and the door is locked. Store hours need to be updated on the website and in store.
The store is kept nice and clean. The ladies that work there are very knowledgeable, I was helped by Tamia. She took the time to help me find everything I needed and explained how to use the product. I had never bleached my hair before but because of her advice, it turned out great and I love it. Thanks again Tamia!
Good store. GREAT STAFF! Don't buy the Brand COLORTRACK black vinyl gloves (made in China) They release a horrible smell. ? I had to throw them in the garbage!
Worst experience just buy new clippers it’s not working properly when I go for return they said it’s final sale no return and no exchange just wasted money and time so big no for this store
