I ordered a chocolate cake with specific instructions. I wanted a chocolate cake with whipped chocolate filling coffee flavour added. The cake I got is vanilla whipped cream , the flavour I hate. When asked, she said chocolate colour and powder was added. It doesn’t look or taste like chocolate. Also, I gave reference pics and instructions. What I got is nothing close to that I showed. The sponge was saggy and tasted wiered. Also, had to wait for 15-20 mins ones I showed up. Overall terrible experience. I just threw the whole cake away as I think the sponge is old. Taste weird. Wats apped her all the concerns said I am gonna leave a review and my mesage was left on read.

Worst cakes and worst service. The local authorities should order inquiry into these cloud cake places which operate without licenses. The cake is not fit for human consumption.
