Bought a cake from Grand Bakers recently, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The front staff seemed quite lazy and not attentive at all. The cake itself was just okay, not really worth the price or quality we got. What stood out most was the poorly written name on the cake, the handwriting was really bad and unprofessional. Overall, not recommended.
Customer service is too bad of this bakery. I respect that this bakery is busy but they will put you on hold for weeks and not even confirmed cakes for your occasion. Nobody can rely on them. I call them mostly everyday and they always say give you call back in 5 minutes but I never received any call even after hours. Not too good.
their pastries taste too bad just aa piece of sugar and both different flavours almost taste same . not even fresh. girl at the counter told we make it everyday but it’s not very disappointing
It was my first time buying pastries at this place, and it was a horrible experience. I specifically asked the person at the reception of the pastries are fresh. She nodded in a very bad attitude not even yes no and then finally when we got home and tasted the pastries. They’re so hard. You can literally tell that there’s super stale. Never going to this place again 0/5.
Such an awfull taste of cake.please guys make fresh cakes. Everyone is smart enough to differentiate between fresh and pale cake. Hope you improve in future.
This is my first time to experienced cake from different bakers but trust me wouldn’t recommend to anyone terrible taste .As they think we ate cake first time plz guys don’t ruined anyone special day .
