I recently bought a cake from this bakery, and it was absolutely delicious! The service made the experience even better. Pawanpreet helped us with the order, and she was so polite, patient, and friendly. She guided us through the options and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Really impressed — will definitely come back!
The food is good and so is staff. The staff talks politely and is very nice I highly recommend trying it out !!! The cake is delicious with appropriate amount of cream. Prices are reasonable as well.
I had their cake and pastries, which were really good. The staff was welcoming and the environment was very nice. Even the attention to detail on the cake was amazing and impressive. I would definitely recommend, and you should totally check it out!
From the beginning of ordering the cake, the staff were so complicated and rude. I went in-person to speak about the cake in I wanted to order and I was turned away with a business card and was told 'message the WhatsApp number and say what you want done' the bakery was not busy at all so im not sure why i couldnt speak then. It took a whole week for them to finally tell me if they can do a simple design that I had asked. They kept calling me on and off and didn't respect that I was a work working the whole time of them contacting me. When I went to cut the cake there was barely any cake, there was 2 inch layers of icing and 1/2 inch of cake layered. You can see in the photos. This was an embarrassment to serve to my guests. I've had cake from this bakery before and never once did the cakes ever look like this. When I called to complain they only wanted to give me at first 10% off my next order. I made it clear to them that I didn't want to ever order from here again after this experience. They didnt even give half of what i paid back. They don't respect their customers and only want to do what they want to do. I was told they added more icing to make height of the cake when I made it clear the cake doesn't need to be high. You should be adding more cake not icing. This is how you lose customers and business. I wouldnt recommend coming here, as they don't care how you want your cake nor how to respect you. They want everything done in their convenience. If I could give a 0 star I would.
I bought cake and cookies from here, and both were really good. The cake was soft, fresh, and not too sweet — just perfect. The cookies were tasty and crunchy, full of flavor. The packaging was neat, and the service was friendly too. Overall, a great experience — I’ll definitely buy again!
I had a very pleasant experience during my first visit. I ordered a photo cake, and it was prepared exceptionally well. PAWAN provided excellent service both over the phone and in person at the shop. She explained everything to me in detail and ensured that all my requirements were met. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service.
