Don’t waste your time with these guys. Y’all gotta go to a more reputable company that has awards and such. I walked in yesterday and the place smells like cigarettes. It was absolutely disgusting. No front desk. It just seemed like the manager was running around trying to find paint. I was told I was gunna receive a call back; I didn’t. I tried calling this morning and no one picked up but I bet y’all will see this review. Anyways, -3/10 I don’t understand why and how y’all are in operation. Even the front desk lady quit the same day I arrived. Do better…
I got the part painted at a very reasonable price. The job was done perfectly. The staff is also very friendly. Special thanks to Omar to give an estimate And sneak for the coordination.
Do Not Trust This Shop - Scammers and Frauds I brought my car to this shop after an accident on June 5, 2023, trusting an employee named Hadi (who goes by HD), based on past work he did. He assured me the car would be taken care of, and both he and the owner, Hayder, reassured me that everything would be “perfect.” But what happened after was a complete disaster. First, they told me the car would be ready on June 27, 2023. When I showed up, the bumper wasn’t even installed—they claimed it was still in the paint booth. Frustrated, I left. A second time, they called saying the car was done, but when I arrived, I saw that the whole left side was unfinished. They had the nerve to prepare the paperwork, thinking they could "detail" away the damage, as if I wouldn’t notice! The owner then promised the car would be ready by July 6, 2023. Surprise, surprise—it wasn’t! He kept pushing it back, with the same excuse: "it needs to dry." Finally, when I arrived on July 7, both the owner and manager (Hamood Kareem) were nowhere to be found, and another employee said it was *again* in the paint booth. Complete waste of my time. After contacting my insurance company, the owner outright lied, claiming the car wasn’t ready. He finally said it would be done by July 10. When I arrived, no one was prepared, and the staff were surprised to see me. No receipts, no warranty—nothing to prove what they had "fixed." Fast forward to August 1, 2023, after weeks of delays and lies, I finally got my car back—only to find out that the original damages hadn’t been fixed, and they even caused more damage! I took the car to another shop, and they gave me an invoice of $10,000 in repairs still needed because of this shop's **trash work**. This shop scammed both me and the insurance company out of the original $10k repair payout. This place is a complete scam. They will milk your insurance and money, and deliver nothing but excuses and half-finished work. **Stay far away from this shop if you value your time, money, and car.** Even the manager, Hamood Kareem, left a fake 5-star review for his own shop, which shows how dishonest they are. He even made threats against me. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere reputable!
