This place is a SCAM !. Please be aware before signing anything I went there on insurance company recommendation for an estimate for some scratches caused by other vehicle. After the estimate was provided I decided not to get it get fixed informed them and the insurance, but they are asking to for restocking fees although i never authorized the work. please be aware . Please avoid this place and go to other shops which are honest.
Very Unprofessional team. I had my vehicle repaired here and paint started to peel after few months. When i reached them - they simply denied re-looking at it and when i emailed them - no one cared to even reply back. They do not take any accountability after repair work. Very disappointed with them. Please re-look for your options before finalizing this shop. They also used lot of after market parts in my car without my consent or speaking with me. So be careful with this shop. No ethics.
I had my vehicle repaired here and was very disappointed with the overall service. The team lacked punctuality, professionalism, and a sense of ownership in handling the work. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Extremely Poor Workmanship and Lack of Transparency - I had an extremely disappointing experience with ProColor. The paint on my car started peeling off just after 1.5 years and small crack appeared on the rear bumper was due to a cheap aftermarket product they used. There is NO lifetime warranty for any work they do. They just manipulate the terms and conditions, and if you ever go back - they say warranty is only 6 months. This shop lacks professionalism, transparency, and quality control. I would strongly advise others to avoid ProColor if you care about your car and want honest service.
I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on October 23rd over the phone, and the receptionist was very pleasant, she even greeted me by name when I arrived, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the estimator was less positive. I was told he didn’t have time to complete the estimate at that moment but that I would receive it by the end of the day. Based on our interaction, I wasn’t confident that would happen, and unfortunately, I never received the estimate. In contrast, my experience with their neighbor a few doors down was much better, and I’ve since scheduled my car there for service. I would suggest looking elsewhere if customer service is a top priority for you.
I had a wonderful experience with this car shop. John the owner, is very knowledgeable and understanding. He listens to the concerns personally and addresses them. And the front desk staff ladies Ixel and Geeta are very hardworking and polite.
