Absolutely horrible place. … I took my car to get my bumper fix and to get a quote .. and they said they will call me back. I received no call back , when I called they told me they had the part of the car and I had to pay .. but they give me no quote ,, and they receptionists.. will NOT give me information on what exactly I’m paying for. .. they shouldn’t hire people that have 0 knowledge and poor English communication.
Criminals : They would crew you and your insurance over. They milk the system. Always do business with your insurance. Lesson learned. Same as everything else.
I got into a car accident and they helped me out through my first insurance claim. They also did a great job with my vehicle and it was done on time as they said.
I had the experience with Ekam and of such I want to make special reference to them. I followed a friend to look at his car that was being repaired. To my surprise the job they did was great and that is my most honest opinion. Service is on point. Repair time was fast. Quality of work excellent. The staff especially the secretary were warm and polite. I recommend Ekam Auto Collision Centre Ltd to all.
Beware! Especially Tony! Terrible. 0 Integrity. Will promise you the moon but give you quality of work that can be done with a $10 can of spray paint. Also they put about 100Km on my car. And used a half tank of fuel. Aka he was joy riding with my car. Thats probably why it took 3 extra days. And as for their bs claim they have no Tony. I made a video as I walked in and dropped off the keys to Tony or whatever his name is nowadays. I also have odometer pics of before and after.
